Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Canada.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

At the moment, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please contact us within 24 hours and let us know as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, if your package is shipped out, we cannot cancel or make any further adjustments to your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Where’s my stuff?

Each order comes with a tracking number for that little extra piece of mind. 

Track your package here or contact us and we’ll be happy to track your package for you.

Please note: We do not have any control over shipping carriers and all shipping time frames are average estimates. External factors, such as strikes, weather, etc. can delay the arrival of your package. 

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We know how rough the transportation process can be and we pay close attention to the packaging of our products.  

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide us with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • A picture of the damaged product

Once received, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

To be able to provide our socks all over the world and to simultaneously keep prices competitive, we offer economy shipping worldwide. 

We work with designers, manufacturers and artisans all over the world to get high-quality socks to you at a fair price point. 

This means, the production of your sock takes place all over the world. From designing in Canada to being crafted and manufactured in Thailand, China, or the US. 

Because our socks are coming from so far all over the world, they may take up to 15-20 weeks to arrive. If you don’t get your socks in the next few days after ordering, don’t worry. 

Many times your socks will reach you way before the 15-20 week estimated timeline, but we wanted to give you a heads up since this is not within our control. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How do I make a return?

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.   

Simply fill out our Return Form with your order number and the name of the items you would like to return. 

One of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 business hours and help you with the refund process.

Can I exchange my product for something else?

We do not offer exchanges. 

However, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.

Can I return a gift or sale merchandise?

Brand new and unworn gift or sale merchandise can be returned in its original packaging for a store credit.
